Victor recently graduated from RHEMA Bible College Mexcio and has an amazing testimony.

Victor used to be one of Mexico City's leading prosecuting attorneys whose life was radically changed by the Word of God through RHEMA Mexico ministries. When Pastor Tim first met Victor, Victor was serving a six- year sentence in one of Mexico's worst prisons.

Victor's troubles started when he received payment for Attorney services rendered. As an attorney Victor was hired by banks to collect money from people who had outstanding debts to the bank. He would hire police officers that would kidnap these individuals until the debt was paid in full. In turn, Victor acquired many enemies and for fear of his life he hired bodyguards and bullet proofed his vehicles.

In 2003, Victor was paid for attorney services rendered by a client who deposited laundered money from a drug cartel into his account. Unaware of what had been done; Victors bank told him the problem, so he immediately ordered that the money be returned to the depositor. In Mexico, you are guilty until proven innocent; he was immediately put into jail.

The first holding cell was a 10 x 12 foot space that slept over 30 prisoners. Many slept standing up tied together with ropes to keep from falling down. He saw many prisoners whom he had prosecuted and sent to jail. He knew, given the opportunity, they would kill him. For fear of his life, Victor had to pay prison officials tremendous amounts of money to be placed in a safe area of the prison. Victor's life began to fall apart. With no income, Victor's family began to sell off his assets to pay the high price of protection within the prison system. Tremendous bitterness was growing in his heart and he began planning how he would kill those who had done this to him.

One Wednesday night, Victor's wife came to church and asked Pastor Tim to pray for her husband to receive the Lord and for his release from prision. That week, Pastor Tim went to see Victor along with another attorney from the RHEMA Bible Church Mexico. Pastor Tim told Victor that he wasn't jsut going to pray for his release from prision as a get out of jail free card, but that his true freedom comes from having a personal and real relationship with Jesus Christ. That day Victor wept as he made a heart felt decision to follow the Lord. Pastor left him with several books by Kenneth Hagin and Kenneth Hagin Jr. , to build his faith in the Lord.

Victor served 9 months in prision and had gone through several appeals. He was going to appear before the judge for his final appeal in a few weeks. The morning of his final appeal, while reading one of Kenneth Hagin's books, the Holy Spirit filled his prison cell and Victor began to weep and asked the Lord to forgive him for harboring bitterness in his heart. Victor finally came to himself and obeyed the Lord by forgiving those who had put him in prison.

At noon of the same day, the RHEMA Mexico staff was praying for Victor in their offices  and where having a glorious time of rejoicing, as they knew that it was done in the Spirit. By two pm that afternoon, Victor received news that his appeal had gone through and he was free! He was later given total exoneration of all charges against him and his record appeared as if he's never been charged.

The Lord restored his life and within a year of this experience his whole family gave their lives to the Lord as well and are involved and serving at RHEMA Mexico. Victor and his family rarely miss a service; they are always worshipping the Lord for his goodness and faithfulness!

Victor entered RHEMA Bible College Mexcio in September of 2005 and graduated in May of 2007! Praise the Lord!
